Dennis Wunsch

Bio
Dennis Wunsch is an award-winning artist and illustrator, whose work has been
featured in books, magazines and advertising around the world. Dennis’ work is
displayed in private collections, institutions and galleries.
Dennis received his BFA in Painting and Drawing from Eastern Illinois University.
His illustration career began with drawing Scooby-Doo and Super Friends cartoons
for Hanna-Barbera. He then spent over three decades as art director, creative
director and illustrator at advertising and publishing firms, where he continually
developed his own artistic skills.
Dennis lives and works just outside Tucson, Arizona with his wife and not-so
small family of rescued dogs and cats. He is a foster parent/volunteer for several
local animal rescues. Because of this passion, it’s not unexpected that he’s also
begun work on another, more representational series of paintings, focused on
communicating his viewpoint about society’s relationship to animals in need.
More of Dennis’ work can be found at www.denniswunsch.com.
